• Content you create: category reviews, submissions, uploaded documents, notes, and messages.
• Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, and errors encountered. Used to operate and improve the service.
• Payment information: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate the service and the workflows you initiate.
• Send transactional email (confirmations, notifications, billing).
• Provide customer support.
• Investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the third parties that help us run the service: Heroku for hosting, Cloudflare R2 for file storage, Mailgun for email delivery, and Stripe for payments. We do not sell your data.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we retain data only for the period required by legal, accounting, or operational obligations.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected].
