These Terms of Service govern your use of Catcatgo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Catcatgo is a workspace where retailers and consumer-packaged-goods brands collaborate on category reviews. We provide the platform; what you do with it is your responsibility.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account, including any teammates you invite. Keep your password secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or your organization.
• Upload content that infringes on others' rights or violates the law.
• Attempt to disrupt the service or access data that isn't yours.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

4. Payments

Brands pay a one-time fee per submission. Retailers pay a monthly subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our policies.

6. Limitation of liability

Catcatgo is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active users. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
